The DC Caribbean Film Festival is produced in conjunction with the Bank/Fund Caribbean Association, the Caribbean Professional Networking Series and TransAfrica Forum

The 2007 DC Caribbean Film Festival announces the Bert Williams Film Short Competition.  Students and recent graduates (less than three years from date of graduation)  are invited to submit film and video (all genres including animation) for consideration.  Entry Fees:  US$20.00.  Films not selected will be returned.  2007 Competition will open on  February 1st and Close on April 1st.
